3 Dogs and a Chick is hosting a Howlin’ Halloween! A Halloween doggie social featuring a doggie costume contest, trick or treating for dogs through the park, pet portraits, adoptable dogs, games, food, vendors, and more!

Costume Contest: Begins 12pm sharp; registration 11-11:45
